Shipment/ Delivery and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 7-14 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with tracking and drop-off with signature, to secure your purchase. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two or more orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.
All orders are picked and processed between 7- 14 business days. All orders are shipped from Florida.
Once your shipment is ready, we will send your tracking number to your email to see the transit of the shipment that will be by Fedex Ground as our first Signature is required for all orders exceeding $ 50.00.
If you are not at home to sign, you can try the delivery for the second time (according to the currier options). You can call the delivery company to schedule your delivery or pick up your merchandise at your local office. Do not forget your identification.
You have 7 days to return the merchandise with no hassall, as long as the perfumes are in their original packaging, sealed and not broken.
We do not accept open boxes of perfumes
We will refund you, but we will not refund the shipping and packing fee, this process will take 30 days or less from the date you ship the merchandise for reimbursement.
The perfumes must be in their original packaging and sealed so that you receive your reimbursement in a reasonable time as stipulated in the previous paragraph.
There may be a replacement fee of up to 30% if the bottle is not returned in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for the unclaimed or lost package.
If the shipment was free for your order, and you decide to return the merchandise, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund and we will refund your credit card.
We do not accept returns for testers.
Remember: If you want to return a product of your order, simply send the unopened product to the address listed below in its original sealed packaging.
